| Our middle sized flute produces a beautiful tone that is a cross between the piccolo and the D flute. The tone holes are spaced such that an average teen or women's sized hand can cover them. The finger spacing is closer to the finger spacing on a modern concert flute. This beautiful flute is handmade by flute maker James Hall. It is made from Pyrex® glass. The decoration is hand silk screened and kiln fired at 1050°F to permanently fuse the decoration to the glass. It has a beautiful tone and a musical range of 2 1/2 octaves and is about 17 inches long.
