Change your mind? Wrong Size? Not a problem. Just return your purchase within 30 days of purchase date, in the original condition, along with your sales receipt, and at your option we will either exchange the size or make a refund back to you in your original form of payment.

Every Day $7.99 Shipping (inside USA only)

Ships at flat-rate fee of just $7.99; in-stock orders ship in 1 to 3 business days; delivery in 1 to 6 business days after shipping depending on zone. Packages will be shipped by either USPS First Class, Priority or UPS ground at our discretion. This offer is only valid for shipments within the USA.

Hall Crystal Flutes offers a variety of options for shipping your order; from very economical to very fast. You choose your shipping method during checkout.

USPS Priority

May be less expensive than our Every Day $7.99 if item is small and light. In-stock orders ship within 1 business day; delivery in 1 to 3 business days depending on zone. Packages are delivered Monday-Saturday.

USPS Express Mail*

In-stock orders ship within 1 business day; delivery in 1 business day for domestic orders and usually in 3-5 business days for international orders, however, customs clearance time may vary by country. Importing country duties and taxes not included. Please contact your country’s customs office for specific charges. Due to size limitations, shipping of Didgeridoos may not be available to all locations.

UPS Ground

In-stock orders ship within 1 business day; delivery in 1 to 6 business days depending on zone. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM.

3 Day Select*

In-stock orders ship within 1 business day, delivery in 3 business days. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday. Dimensional shipping rate may apply.

2nd Day Air*

In-stock orders ship within 1 business day, delivery in 2 business days. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday. Dimensional shipping rate may apply.

Next Day*

Ships at actual UPS rates; in-stock orders ship within 1 business day, delivery in 1 business day. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday. Dimensional shipping rate may apply.

Expedited Shipping*

For UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day shipments, shipping costs vary based upon the size of the box required for the shipment. Our priority is to deliver your package on-time. We will contact you if the cost of shipping will exceed your quote.

Other information

All items shipped from Washington State. The cutoff time for same-day shipping is 12:00pm Pacific time. Please call 1-360-273-6216 if you have questions about shipping or the availability of backordered items.

UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please do not use a PO Box in your shipping address if you want UPS shipping; it will cause us to contact you and delay your order. All weights displayed while ordering are estimates of the “billing weight,” not the actual weight of the shipment.

Shipping outside the USA

Every day $7.99 shipping is not available outside of the USA.

Hall Crystal Flutes can ship to APO addresses using USPS.
International shipping of Didgeridoo is subject to international size restrictions. Please email for more information on a specific country if you would like a Didgeridoo sent overseas.
